Every detail of the original — the turned profile, the bulbous sections, the decorative spindles — was measured and clamped as the template. The copy was then turned by hand on the lathe to match the original, sanded smooth, and delivered ready for the customer’s finish.

The result: a replacement you can't tell from the original.
